Charlottehomeschooling.com is a social networking website created in Ning. Last year, Ning changed from offering free websites to charging for their websites. Before the change, Ning has its own adds on all of the free websites. With the change and new monthly cost, the advertisements went away. Yesterday I wrote about how some non-homeschooling individuals are still worried about homeschooling and socialization. Serendipitously, I just read an article by a Marisa Chow, a Contra Costa Times Teen Correspondent and a homeschooled teen in the Bay Area of California. In Teens: Home schooling aids, rather than inhibits, socialization, Marisa states:
